Epure Works
Epure Works is a video game studio. It develops PREEMINENCE, a game in which you run a real country, and it publishes the economic model that drives it.
PREEMINENCE is a geopolitical and macroeconomic simulator. You take charge of a real country, you set its taxes and its budget, you form its government and you put your laws to the vote, while the rest of the world runs alongside you, day after day.

A published model
The studio publishes the game's equations, with the value of each parameter, its source and what each rule simplifies compared with reality. It does so that a reader can check where a figure of the game comes from, and challenge the rule that produces it.
The documentation takes each mechanic from scratch, without assuming the reader knows economics, and each page has its sliders. The lab alongside comes from the taxes page.
